Senior Data Analyst

Details of the offer

Modulate builds voice intelligence technology that enables organizations and platforms to understand what happens when people connect online. Our flagship product, ToxMod, is a voice moderation platform that is used by some of the largest gaming studios in the world, including Activision, Riot Games, and Rockstar. We use machine learning models that identify the worst behaviors happening across millions of voice chats, allowing Trust & Safety teams to take action against racism, threats of violence, and other kinds of harms at scale.  Identifying and escalating that behavior to safety teams is only a part of what we do. We also provide leaders on these teams with the information they need to make the best decisions about how to protect their community. We're always learning alongside our customers and being challenged by new use cases for our technology. The reports we create and deliver to our customers and partners help them create robust moderation strategies, figure out where to deploy ToxMod for maximum impact, and transparently report their progress to the industry and to regulators. Modulate is looking for a qualified Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team to help with all of those key projects. You will be directly supporting the Customer Success team, guiding the way through complex data by telling, and showing, meaningful stories through intuitive reports and visualizations. Your skill and expertise will contribute to shaping strong data practices for Modulate as a whole. The salary for this position is set at $130,000/yr. To avoid losing progress on your application, please feel free to complete responses separately in a local or cloud-saved document. If you encounter an error, any responses entered in the fields on the application will not be saved.
