Collaboration That Drives Impact
Our engineers work on critical projects that make a tangible difference to our customers and company. With a small, focused team of ~20 engineers, everyone's contributions matter, and domain expertise is shared freely. We dedicate two time blocks each week to virtual collaboration, bringing the entire Engineering and Product teams together in a virtual room to work in sync.
Intentional Work Processes
We value your time and strive to keep meetings intentional and productive. While we have a daily standup, engineers are encouraged to block off time for deep, focused work. Quick, direct, and kind feedback is a cornerstone of how we operate, with a strong emphasis on delivering feedback to meet our core value of continually improving.
Blameless Learning and Improvement
Our robust blameless retrospective process uncovers gaps and areas of improvement, ensuring we learn from challenges and get better as a team. Demo days give you a chance to showcase your work, and our active book club fosters curiosity and learning across the team, covering both technical and business-related topics.
Ownership and End-to-End Responsibility
Engineers are encouraged to propose approaches, lead projects, and see them through to completion. This ownership ensures your ideas and expertise have a direct impact on our product and customers. Along the way, you'll be supported by your team members (both direct and cross functional) as you navigate the system and the business needs.
