This role would be serving a federal law enforcement agency from either the National Capital Region or Huntsville, Alabama.
The candidate possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Member of an Agile Team that supports the development of cutting-edge Data Discovery capabilities and Multi-INT analytics, harnessing the power of AI/ML solutions for Pattern mining, Entity, Graph, Text, Audio, and Vision analytics with API-driven architectures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilizing big data technologies and knowledge of data science models to analyze large amounts of data and create valuable insights.
- Duties include:
- Finding and designing new approaches to handling, analyzing, and using large volumes of data sets;
- Exploring fundamental issues with data handling, search, and retention; solving complex data and storage issues;
- Designing new software coding to improve data search processes;
- Designing, testing, and validating the quality of the data and data processes;
- Analyzing and reporting results with actionable recommendations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Entity Resolution, developing and implementing methods to identify and link records across different data sources that represent the same real-world entity (e.g., person, organization, product).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for tasks like text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
- Experience with Natural Language Generation (NLG) models for tasks like text summarization.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Python, Scala, CoreNLP, and Transformer foundational models.
- DOD Top Secret Clearance is required.

Pay Range:Pay Range: $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
