Seneca Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in the Washington, DC metro region. The objective of this work is to support a large GenAI program for our IRS customer.

The Data Science Consultant will, as part of several client delivery teams, be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI-based systems, ensuring smooth and engaging user experiences. Additionally, they will participate in a wide variety of Natural Language Processing activities, building Machine Learning Models, AI Algorithms, code and design review.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python 5+ years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) Modeling 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, d3.js, or equivalent 1+ year of experience delivering GenAI or large language model (LLM) tools or applications Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, data visualization and statistical modeling Ability to obtain and maintain an IRS security clearance
