Senior Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer with the potential to grow into a Chief Technology Officer role. This position requires a deep understanding of options trading, software development, and low-latency systems, combined with leadership skills capable of guiding front-office development teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating trading solutions and a strategic vision for technological advancement.
Experience and Skill Desired:
Apply a solid understanding of options modeling, pricing, and fitting to enhance trading strategies. Analyze and optimize systems for low latency performance, particularly in relation to CME and East Coast exchanges using microwaves. Drive innovation and long-term growth by leveraging expertise in CME and equity market dynamics. Develop and implement a proprietary quoter system from scratch. Design and develop the software aspects of FPGA-based solutions. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven leadership experience in a front-office environment at a major options trading firm. Expertise in developing high-performance trading software and familiarity with FPGA technology. Strong grasp of option modeling techniques and low-latency market structures. Practical knowledge of financial market dynamics, including CME and equity markets. Ability to hire, mentor, and manage technical teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic, big-picture approach to technology solutions.
