Applicants for the Senior Director of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the CDMO market space, specifically with a background in small molecule development.
A Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or chemical engineering is required to ensure a solid foundation in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with small molecule biotech and be adept at custom synthesis, manufacturing, and the commercialization of drug substances and products.
This is a remote role, and the candidate should be a self-starter, capable of working independently to meet business development goals.
