Senior Director Of Product Management

HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE – COMMERCIAL PRODUCT LEADERSHIP – P&L
The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top Global Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a senior level Director, Product Management to manage a team of product managers in a dynamic product group and high growth vertical within their global business. HQ'd in the Chicago area. Hybrid Role.
This role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:
Product Management & Voice of Customer (VOC)
P&L Management & Commercial Excellence
Product Road mapping + Innovation/NPD
Team Building and Management
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus)
Experience with Strategic Product Management & Commercialization
VOC Experience & Product Road Mapping
Connected Products and/or IoT Experience a plus
Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
