Your opportunity As the Senior Director for Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management managers within a fast-moving, high-growth organization. This includes driving best practices in product marketing, overseeing GTM strategy definition for our target industry verticals, and supporting the GTM execution cross-functionally. As part of the role, you will work closely with our sales, demand generation, and partnership leadership on the execution of our GTM strategy.
What You Will Do Coach and lead the Product Marketing and Industry Solution Management team within a fast-moving organization. Structure and align processes within the team based on best practices in Product Marketing and Solution Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Enterprise Success to develop and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points that resonate with target audiences. Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for industry segments, product launches, and feature releases. Own end-to-end product launches, from planning and coordination to execution and post-launch analysis. Identify key insights and actionable recommendations for product improvements, sales messaging optimization, and market expansion opportunities through win/loss analysis. Lead the development of global go-to-market plans and messaging strategies, identifying target customer segments, ICPs, positioning strategies, and competitive differentiation points. Oversee the creation of sales and marketing materials to support internal teams and promote our products externally. Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership to align product marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Who we look for At least 10+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B tech environment (software preferred). At least 6+ years as a proven people manager with excellent leadership skills managing a team of product marketing and industry solution managers - preferably in SaaS. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-growing companies. Ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and clear recommendations. Track record of successful go-to-market strategy definition and execution. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Solid problem-solving ability, research, and analytical skills. Strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen. Eligible to work in Switzerland.
