Data-Driven Strategist: Champion a data-driven environment, utilizing analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and inform performance improvement initiatives. Collaboration Catalyst: Collaborate with operational leaders, risk management, and accreditation teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and safety efforts across the service area. Team Leader & Mentor: Oversee a team of dedicated professionals, fostering their growth and development through effective coaching, mentorship, and performance management. Change Agent: Drive the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovative solutions to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and optimize efficiency. What You'll Bring: Clinical Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a similar field, with a Master's degree preferred. Quality & Safety Leadership: 8+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Intensive Care, or the Emergency Department, with 2+ years of leadership experience in a Quality Improvement program. Data & Analytics Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive improvement. Collaboration & Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
