Job Description: As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Drupal-based websites and applications for our clients. You will work closely with our creative, design, and strategy teams to create high-quality digital experiences that meet our clients' business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, making you a key player in our development team. You will work onsite in our Atlanta office 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the other 2 days.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal websites and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. Implement responsive and accessible web designs using Drupal theming and front-end development skills. Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated on the latest Drupal developments, modules, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Drupal Developer with 5+ years of experience in web development. Strong proficiency in Drupal 8/9, including custom module development and theming. Experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite 3 days/week). Must be located in Atlanta, Georgia, or willing to relocate. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a marketing or advertising agency. Knowledge of Acquia or Pantheon hosting environments. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
