About The Team: As a member of Noah Medical's Medical Education team, you will be responsible for the support in execution of customer education, implementation of Galaxy technology and programs for targeted customers and support of field and corporate education training programs. The position will provide clinical, technical education and expert consultation to facilitate broad adoption of the technology. Responsibilities include communication, coordination and assisting in training events and design of content for the Education Department. This candidate has an opportunity to leave an educational imprint on revolutionizing the world of medical robotics in the oncology space.

This is an exempt position based in REMOTELY with up to 35% travel to assist Medical Education Managers on events and attend internal meetings. Outside of normal business hours are expected as key stakeholders are located across the United States. Candidate is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Medical Education.

A Day In The Life Of Our Education Specialist: Develop and deliver clinical and technical education on procedures and devices for physician, facility staff and sales training programs Maintain education expertise on product to support a diverse group of internal customers (i.e. sales, marketing, clinical engineering and product development), and external customers (physicians, facility staff, agency, vendors) Partner with the commercial team in the communication, development of customer implementation plans and processes Participate in off-site training related events and meetings such as trade shows Assist the Education team as a course facilitator and presenter for various internal sales and education training programs, National Sales Meetings and physician events Provide creative direction to plan events, communicate logistics and organization on Medical Education events, projects, online course building, and education deliverables Build standard operating procedures (SOP) for education programs Coordinate logistics and timeline for events Own planning for onsite training programs Outline, track and manage design projects Deliver calendar invites, pre-work, shipping, meeting space, and surveys. Includes designing surveys to support learning strategies Scope, organize, and define projects of varying sizes, curricula, and number of contributors and manage them end to end Track project progress on a regular basis and deliver weekly status reports to your manager Define team roadmap to manage team assignments and capacity for members to maintain existing tutorials and ILTs and develop new content Own the strategy and management for how we can best optimize and organize our training repository, LMS and/or other educational platforms Schedule meetings, own minutes and lead follow-up action steps Manage a schedule of upcoming trainings that provide audience members & stakeholders visibility into upcoming initiatives Manage competing priorities from stakeholders Maintain project documentation and course folders Upload courses, assessments, and other materials to the LMS About You: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Education, Instructional Design, or Communication 6+ years of education specialist, clinical specialist, or learning & development role 3+ years of building content, facilitating sales/education training with internal stakeholders and hosting meetings 3+ years of facilitation, learning & development, or training 2+ years of project management experience Experience educating for science, healthcare, medical device, engineering, sales or another related field experience, a plus In-depth understanding of technical concepts to build learnings Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites Proficiency in managing and working in a learning management system Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Workplace Type: Remote
