Senior Executive Assistant Are you an experienced, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments supporting C-suite executives? We are partnered with a dynamic and innovative organization who is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to partner with its CEO and executive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the operations of a forward-thinking company known for pushing the boundaries of its industry.



What You'll Do: Executive Team Support: Act as the right hand to the CEO and a team of four executives, managing day-to-day operations and providing seamless support. Meeting Leadership and Follow-Up: Join the CEO in high-level meetings, capturing critical details, summarizing discussions, and preparing retrospectives. Drive follow-through on key decisions, action items, and deliverables. Complex Calendar Management: Oversee intricate scheduling across time zones for internal and external stakeholders. Prioritize competing demands while ensuring efficiency and alignment. Event and Logistics Coordination: Handle administrative details for meetings and events, including agenda preparation, location selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and expense tracking. What You Bring: Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Skills: Expert in managing complex calendars and coordinating across global teams. Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present information concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools. Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Discreet and professional with a high level of emotional intelligence.
