Senior Immigration Lawyer Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned immigration lawyer with experience performing work for corporate clients (not individuals). Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, as this is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities: This position will primarily be responsible for providing guidance to corporate clients on various business immigration issues. This role requires expertise in fields such as handling H-1B, L-1, O-1A, E1/E2, NIW, and EB-1A, along with EB-5 matters. This position will be expected to represent clients in front of the USCIS, DOL, and DOS, file petitions and applications, litigate appeals, and manage corporate compliance. Qualifications: 7+ years of AmLaw 100 firm experience in corporate immigration law J.D. from top-ranked law school Bar admission to jurisdiction of practice Portable book of business specifically with corporate, startup and emerging companies, universities, hospitals, and other organizations All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
