Position Entails: The Sr. Manager Implementation Coordinator works under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or Senior Project Director. Moderate to heavy travel may be required. Duties (included but not limited to):Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members
Manage business owner(s) and team member(s) relationships to accomplish project activities
Proactively identify and manage risks and issues
Monitor and report on project activities and report on status within published timeline
Proactively manage deliverables and change management activities
Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitates decision making among stakeholders
Ensures project results meet requirements

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of surgical environment background or related experience, preferably in the HCA environment.
HCA/Parallon-based operations or systems experience a plus
Hospital surgical operations, or IT experience a plus
Meditech 5.6 experience a plus
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
PMP and / or LEAN certifications preferred, but not required
