JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE As part of the Learning & Development team, the Senior Instructional Designer will serve as the instruction design subject matter expert; leading and executing design, development, utilization, coordination and evaluation of processes and resources for learning. The Senior Instructional Designer shall develop courses and curriculums, and training materials such as teaching manuals and student guides, in close coordination with Program and Department leadership.
