We are actively looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our Seattle office.
The Senior IT Support Specialist provides advanced computer related support to Moffatt & Nichol employees in all geographical locations.
Computer related issues may include software, hardware, and mobile devices.
Support is provided to our end users through email, trouble tickets, and phone.
This position will also provide advanced technical support for the most complex issues.
The Senior IT Support Specialist may also provide training and mentoring for less experienced team members.

Respond to end user's requests for computer support.
This will also include providing advanced support for the other IT Support Specialists and/or accepting support requests of complex difficulty Reply to help desk tickets, answer the help desk phone line Provide training and mentoring for the other IT Support Specialists Update and maintain our WDS imaging server.
Actively maintain our documentation and inventory using various software applications One Note, Excel, Lansweeper, Active Directory Assist the Network Operations Manager with various tasks upon approval from the IT Manager Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding by creating new employee accounts and processing employee terminations Other duties: The Senior IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to all Moffatt & Nichol employees daily.
Support is provided primarily through our help desk ticket system, but will also include phone calls, direct emails, and instant messages.
These support duties may include assisting employees with telephone and or voicemail related issues.
Additionally, the Senior IT Support Specialist may also be required to provide advanced technical support to the other IT Support Specialists.
The Network Operations Manager may assign tasks to this individual occasionally.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, associates degree, or related IT certification(s) preferred but not required Related work experience (5 years) providing technical support in a professional environment preferred Understanding of advanced IT concepts and functions Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and prese
