Senior It Systems Analyst

A leading fruit-based food and beverage company is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to play a key role supporting manufacturing locations by delivering technology services. This exciting opportunity is part of the company's transformational digital agenda.
The role will be based at one of the manufacturing facilities in the Midwest, with regular travel to support additional facilities on the West Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and support of plant technology services including access control, security cameras, AV capabilities, and annual harvest support.
- Manage all IT services on-site, partnering with corporate IT teams like the Service Desk and Infrastructure groups.
- Coordinate and implement IT Service Management initiatives including AV support for board meetings.
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware like desktops, servers, laptops, printers, tablets, phones, scanners and peripherals.
- Support software and applications including Windows, Office 365, Active Directory.
- Manage plant systems like barcode scanners and provide future support for farm/grower technologies.
- Support machine control networks and operational technology.
- Lead local implementation of collaboration tools, service desk transition, visitor and emergency broadcast systems.
- Analyze user needs to formulate service scope and objectives. Estimate costs and prepare project plans.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to assist users and guide ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. Equivalent experience accepted.
- 7+ years overall IT experience, with background in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Support or other technical roles.
- Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred. Operational Technology (OT) experience a plus.
- Proven project management, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across the organization.
- Passion for service excellence, resolving complex issues, and partnering with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation and work additional hours as needed.
