YOUR ROLETechnical expertise in a variety of adhesive technologies, internationally recognized testing standards, and dispensing techniques.Programming of robots, in particular as relates to automation.Ownership of critical equipment and responsible for maintaining and enhancing capabilities with safe operation.Designs/innovates parts and workflows for improving and expanding on automated equipment.Manages vendors/partners and defines clear acceptance criteria and conditions for contracts focused on uptime, reliability, and maintenance metrics.Implements new test methods based on project/customer needs and is an expert who trains others with strong mathematical skills as required for data analysis e.g. for Finite Element Analysis.Reviews and approves technical reports while providing feedback.
