Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.
Required Experience: Experience at the division in at least one of the following areas EW, ADA/Radars, Fires, Spectrum Management, or SIGINT/ELINT; Experience with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes; Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements; Understanding of current US Army or US Marine Corps (USMC) capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; Experience in tactical and operational level targeting processes; Must possess written and verbal communication skills to draft objective and credible reports and deliver briefs with minimal need for editing and corrections; At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience in the US Army or USMC. Duties Include: Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Assisting military/GS with leading and contributing to event planning and executing teams in conjunction with military/GS, to include developing evaluation POAM, coordinating with units and venues, leading planning meetings, drafting evaluation plans and reports; Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
