About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Authentication group within Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI). This individual will serve as a Team of Teams Lead and will be responsible defining pillars of the product life cycle from Discovery through Product Work Alignment. This individual will work across multiple product areas to understand the ideas and needs of the business. Partners with and assists the Capability Leaders & Product Managers to build and maintain their overall strategy, multi-quarter roadmap, prioritization, and approval of roadmap initiatives. This individual will have oversight for new controls and existing controls in the identity space impacting the Consumer Bank. Leads discovery efforts for new initiatives, managing Epics & features in JIRA as well as managing the overall intake process for digital identity. In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years of process improvement and facilitation across multiple teams and systems (i.e. SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and good experience with MS Office suite of tools (i.e. PPT, Excel)

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence

Desired Qualifications:

Experience moving teams and organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies and Agile Transformations

Consulting experience, preferably in support of risk management to financial services clientele

Supported Digital ID & Authentication services for mobile banking

Experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers

Knowledge & understanding of measuring & presenting key performance metrics (KPIs)

Ability to develop, automate, and streamline reports, analytical scorecards, and business reviews

Excellent written & verbal communication at all levels

A BS/BA degree or higher

Salary range for San Francisco: $138,500-287,600 USD

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
