Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join an Am Law 200 firm. In this role, you will manage all aspects of complex litigation matters, working closely with attorneys, clients, and other professionals. You will oversee large document productions, assist in trial preparation, support discovery processes, and coordinate key aspects of legal filings and research. This opportunity is full time, direct hire, and hybrid.
Core Responsibilities Oversee large-scale document productionsAssist in the management of discovery processes using litigation support software (Relativity)Conduct substantive legal research, including opposing experts' testimony, court procedures, and prior case lawPrepare and file legal documents and assist in the drafting of legal correspondenceManage trial preparation logistics and oversee the day-to-day management of trial sitesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals Qualifications 7+ years' of experience with complex litigation within a large law firm environment, with a proven track record of managing discovery processes, trial preparation, and document management systemsBachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or the like is requiredExpertise in litigation support tools and software, including Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related AI or document management systemsKnowledge of Federal Court rules and e-filing procedures is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexibility to accommodate overtime and travel as neededCompensation Mid-level Paralegals - up to $130KSenior-level Paralegals (10+ years' experience) - up to $175kYearly bonuses and increases based on performanceBenefits H/V/D insuranceBreakfast and lunch served dailyHybrid schedulePTOFree parking401K with matching and more!
