Senior Manager, Database And Reporting

Terrific opportunity for a senior or ready-to-be senior Raiser's Edge NXT database manager/development ops/advancement services professional with a large organization that offers significant growth opportunities for the database, along with an amazing and supportive supervisor.
We are looking for someone to take proactive data leadership; this role is not for someone who just sits quietly and waits for list requests, although that is part of the job. Therefore, we will strongly consider the right candidate without Raiser's Edge knowledge or experience but with the other essential hard and soft skills. Currently, this position has no direct staff reports, but 'managing' colleagues is an integral part of the position, not just managing data, which is core to the work as well.
We've done a significant amount of work to prepare for the person to get started on the right foot. This is a hybrid position based in Baltimore or Washington, D.C.
