What you'll do:
Lead strategy for Hotels.com sales and merchandising calendar, working collaboratively with Brand and Product on Storefront redesign.
Support executing consumer promotions across Hotels.com, coordinating implementation across Product, Supply, Legal, and Finance.
Ensure timely implementation of our promotions to achieve peak performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Partner with Marketing on sales promotion campaigns to ensure accuracy of the forecast and propose appropriate optimization action to improve delivery.
Work with Product to develop test and learn cadence across our merchandising touchpoints.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Management, Economics).
7+ years of business management, B2C ecommerce, B2C strategy, and retail management experience.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and expertise with traffic data sources.
Prior experience in project management within a B2C environment.
Experience working with stakeholders from across multiple subject areas to prioritize and mitigate issues.
Communicates effectively, concisely, and tailored to the audience, with honed listening skills.
Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00.
Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
