The Manager algins data and processes across the value stream, from materials management, production, engineering, distribution, and commercial teams to ensure business has a sufficient amount of products to meet the needs of customers. They will monitor inventory health and governance, along with a near-term outlook, to ensure we proactively flag issues and opportunities, have clarity on root cause, set day to day priorities, and have teams mobilized to action mitigations and improvements.
They must be able to think strategically, manage relationships with stakeholders, drive accountably, and deliver results in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, analytics, communication, and organizational skills, with a technical background to help understand concepts and support the team and suppliers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and overseeing all elements of the supply chain value stream to ensure sustained patient supply and avoid production disruption Develop, implement, and manage global operational health strategies, tools, and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives, while maintaining sustained supply in a highly dynamic environment Proactively review processes and analyze data to identify opportunities and/or problems. Recommend and oversee actions for improvement Required to perform day-to-day activities for data gathering, reporting, and developing and following up on action plans Manages direct reports including coaching and mentoring employees in the performance of daily duties, establishes performance standards, and provides support to ensure job results meet expectations Create and monitor supply and production forecasts Work with R&D and Marketing on Product Lifecycle Management plans Build and distribute supply chain metrics Complete daily production planning and process orders Support production volume and inventory projections Education: Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's Degree is preferred. Experience and Skills: A minimum 8 years of related work experience is required. Three (3) or more years of management experience is required. Strong computer skills to include, Microsoft Office, and Excel are required. SAP and MRP experience is preferred. Ability to travel up to 10% domestic is required. Solid understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and able to make efficient decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully interact and influence across functions and at all levels of the organization in an effort gain alignment and mitigate program risks/challenges. Demonstrates strong aptitude for managing and motivating others and building team unity. Results orientated with strong sense of urgency to mitigate risk and close issues. Strength is working well in a team environment while continually and constructively challenging the status quo.
