TasksAs a project-specific internal interface, our Business Excellence cluster is responsible for process quality and efficiency in our projects. In the Project Unit, we support our more than 500 project managers in ensuring the success of their projects. We are also responsible for the training and development of our employees in traditional and agile project management.
The following tasks await you:
Active coaching of our project managers in the project and enabling them to recognize, assess and deal with critical situationsIdentification of quality deficiencies through objective risk-based project monitoring and support for our project managers in defining measures to ensure the success of the projectEscalation authority in critical situations and, if necessary, turnaround managementSupporting our project managers in their further development within our Project Leader (PL) competence path incl. performance evaluationConducting workshops, project management trainings and community formats as well as actively shaping the PL community at MHPQualificationsTo be prepared for your path to MHP, you have the following qualifications:
