The Role We are seeking a new Senior Payroll Administrator to join and grow with our finance team. The Senior Payroll Administrator will oversee payroll and payroll compliance for all of Outreach, which includes the United States and multiple international entities. This role will partner closely with the People team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, serve as the point of contact for all internal and external payroll inquiries, work closely with the accounting team to enable accurate and timely payroll impacts to the general ledger. \n Your Daily Adventures Will Include Manage the preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll for 600 employees in several US States and Czech Republic, India and the UK while ensuring accuracy and timelinessEnsure compliance with tax regulations, reporting requirements, and other statutory obligations globally (working with any third party vendors as necessary)Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations as well as international payroll laws and regulationsManage payroll processes with Workday (U.S. payroll software) and Deel (international location payroll software) to optimize system functionality and identify opportunities for process automationAdminister and maintain Workday, ensuring proper set-up, configuration, and updates. Work with the HR Operations team as necessary to ensure proper flow of employee information and reportingAddress and resolve time sensitive payroll-related inquiries and issuesCoordinate with HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, deductions, and contributionsCommunicate payroll-related information to employees, address inquiries and assist as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements to enhance payroll operational efficiency, including payroll policies and procedure maintenanceCoordinate standard and ad-hoc payroll requests as needed by various internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, PeopleManage the annual preparation and delivery of W-2s Our Vision Of You7+ years of direct payroll experience that includes a thorough understanding of system administration and addressing regulatory requirements of payroll processingThorough knowledge of payroll-related Federal, State, and Local tax compliance requirementsMulti-state US payroll experience with both exempt and non-exempt employees, global payroll experience with working through third party vendors is preferredProficiency with Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, and MS Office applicationsExperience working with third-party administrators to process international payrollExperience working cross-functionally with high performing teamsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-starter, flexible, and deadline orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to adhere to the highest ethical standards and unwavering integrityBA/BS degree preferred CPP certification a strong plus
\n The base salary range for this role is $85,500 - $110,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
