Duties:
Responsible for bid day preparation Preconstruction communications Bid documents such as plans and specifications Maintaining job folder organization Conceptual budgets/project costs based on quantity surveys with senior staff Qualifications:
8 years of experience as an Estimator or Preconstruction Manager for a licensed Commercial General Contractor working projects $10M Candidates should have a four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering or up to four years of directly related field experience Compensation:
