We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Senior Product Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Energy industry. Responsibilities: Leading the design, development, and enhancement of innovative energy products.Creating and implementing detailed product specifications and plans.Utilizing AutoCAD, Vault, and Bluebeam to design and develop power system enclosures.Conducting comprehensive product testing to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and company goals.Managing the complete product lifecycle, from concept to production.Utilizing PCB Design methodologies to optimize product performance.Identifying and mitigating potential risks in product design and development.Keeping abreast of advancements in the Energy industry to drive innovation in our products.Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, specifically in the Energy industry.Proficiency in PCB Design, AutoCAD, Vault, and Bluebeam.Experience in designing and developing power system enclosures.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership skills.A proven track record of managing the complete product lifecycle.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and efficiency.A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
