Senior Product Manager, Vaccines Marketing

About The Job
You will report to a senior leader of marketing in the Vaccines Marketing group and will be a key member of the Vaccines Marketing and Commercial Strategy Team driving the success of vaccines and products in either RSV, Flu, or the Sanofi portfolio of vaccines.
You will work closely with other marketing team members who are responsible for various aspects of the marketing mix.
You will also collaborate closely with other functions such as Communications, Field Sales, Public Affairs, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Analytics.
In this role, you may be responsible for: Support development of Consumer and/or HCP strategies and tactical plans to drive brand uptake.
Developing and executing HCP campaigns including sales force materials, websites, CRM, banner ads, SEO, SEM, paid search, and other targeted programs.
Executing consumer strategy including the development of disease awareness campaigns and DTC advertising via omni-channel marketing.
Partner with multiple agencies to produce deliverables on strategy, within timelines, on budget, and measures outcomes across multiple channels.
Collaborate with market research and analytics teams to develop research stimuli and manage project plans.
Gain key insights to recommend adjustments to strategy and/or tactical execution.
Coordinate key performance indicators / metrics to enable performance reporting.
Manage the development of multiple marketing assets through the LMR process.
Day to Day contact for key tactical projects including creative brief approvals, launch timeline management, and financial management.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate budget tracking to enable accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate in the development and monitoring of brand assumptions, forecasts, and performance.

About The Role
Minimum Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in business or related discipline required.
An advanced degree is a plus; an MBA preferred.
Experience 3+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years of in line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience in vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
At least 1 year of Consumer DTC/patient marketing experience.
Experience in the US Market.
Previous launch experience preferred.
Pediatric, adolescent or older adult vaccines experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Sales Training and Sales force engagement.
Demonstrated experience in working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions-based partnership.
Ability to both "think strategically" and manage execution details.
Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade a point of view.
Ability to demonstrate the Sanofi Play to Win behaviors: Stretch, Take Action, Act in the interest of patients and customers, Sanofi First.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.

This role is based in Bridgewater, NJ with an estimate of business travel: 25-30% of the time.
