Senior Product Marketing Manager Introduction to team Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.

Our B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager who understands the power of outstanding go-to-markets and cares deeply about the customer experience to focus on our Vacation Rental business. You'll be working closely with collaborators and leaders across the company, including Product, Strategy, Growth Marketing and Sales teams, to launch new and improved products across our Vacation Rental partner segments, building winning go-to-market strategies, internal and external readiness for launches, and strong and enduring product positioning and messages.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding business objectives for a portfolio of products and programs helping our supply partners reach their revenue goal through increasing their visibility and competitiveness with the traveler segments that will deliver the most value to their business. Critical to the success of the role includes developing a deep understanding of Expedia Group's audiences and of our business and product strategies, and to work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and optimize our roadmap and launch plans.
In this role, you will Develop market, customer, and competitive insights to help inform the product roadmap, business decisions, and positioning of your productsDefine launch strategies for new products or programs within the Vacation Rental portfolioCraft core, benefit-based product positioning that can be leveraged by the global campaign teams, creative and UX content teams. Advise on messaging emphasis to best engage different partner segments.Develop and optimize adoption and mitigation strategies for existing products or programs, identifying compelling content for education campaignsCoordinate efforts to ensure Account Management readiness, developing marketing materials and partnering with the Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, and Training teamsPartner with product, marketing, customer support, sales enablement, and sales teams to drive adoption of key products and featuresExperience and qualifications 8+ years in product, product marketing, portfolio and/or audience marketing experience, in a complex global organization, preferably in B2B technologyReady to share and implement validated practices on day one, including a demonstrated ability to author and implement outstanding insights plans, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and strategic, impactful go-to-market and adoption plansHighly functioning within ambiguity thanks to your unbridled curiosity and passion for unraveling complexityWilling to learn and eager to partner, always ensuring you bring your peers along the journeyAble to capably handle numerous, complex decisions simultaneously, across multiple teams, time zones, and culturesThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
