WHAT YOU'LL DO: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Production Manager to lead and manage the planning and execution of cutting-edge technical deployments and events. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless hardware and software operations, providing on-site and remote support for deployments, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet and exceed client expectations. The Senior Production Manager will oversee logistics, resource management, and performance reporting while maintaining high standards of service delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape operational strategies, develop team goals, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This is a Hybrid role and will report to the office 3 days a week. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Management Review partner hardware requests and provide technical and logistics solutions for deploymentsBe a technology and product expert for all products supported by the Hardware Solutions teamCommunicate technical standards and requirements to all stakeholders. These products include but are not limited to:First-party hardware and software for Meta, Mac and PCsMobile device managementMixed Reality devices/wearablesCollaborate cross-functionally with other workstreams (Engineering and Logistics) to ensure request goals are met on time and to the highest quality standardsProvide consistent and clear communication with event/deployment stakeholders, providing updates and communication in real time via chats, emails, and tasks.Be responsible for assessing, managing, and mitigating technical and logistical risk throughout the deployment lifecycleProvide on-site support at deployments, activations, and events as the main point of contact and escalation for the deployed technologyAlign technical setup and breakdown schedules for all teams involvedProvide logistic and inventory management supportTroubleshooting for hardware, platform, and networking issuesManage resources within budget and project scopeLeadership and People Consistently deliver high quality, high impact services to our partnersBuild and maintain vendor support relationships to customer standardsMaintain an organized and efficient project management workflow, communicate milestones and deadlines, ensure all deadlines are met across PM verticalCreate, document, and collaborate on performance goals and development plans for production managers. Manage performance and provide accountability for the team.Analyze workstream health and workload capacity across the PM verticalConduct post-deployment analysis and reporting, including event summaries on internal workplace groups, and maintain accountability for team reportingRepresent the production management team in business reviews and delivering presentations for clientsMaintain and develop SOPs and lead operational excellence programs dedicated to continuous improvements within workstreamWork closely with SDM to identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement programs that exceed customer expectationsESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 5+ years of large-scale event planning experience in the technology industry3+ years of managing event production teams, managing global teams a plusAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems with both software and hardwareBasic knowledge of enterprise networking deployment and protocolsExperience with mixed reality and wearables a plusExperience driving simultaneous operational excellence and service enhancement projectsStrong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization skills, and an ability to lead meetingsExcellent presentation skillsHighly motivated and able to work both independently and cross-functionally with partners and leading support teams on-site at eventsComfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting while adapting to rapidly evolving processes and proceduresProject management skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and projectsProficiency with industry standard collaborative productivity software; G-Suite, LucidChart, MSAbility to quickly become a subject matter expert for new technologyAbility to travel if required (domestically and internationally) - approximately 15% of timeDESIRED CRITERIA: Office; experience with Asana, similar project management and inventory management software is a plusPMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications a plusThis position is EXEMPTThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
