Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets through effective coordination of on-site and corporate personnel. Collaborate with project teams to strategize work plans, establish priorities, and delegate responsibilities. Coordinate project scheduling and long-term planning efforts. Implement, monitor, update, and communicate project progress schedules and revisions. Manage financial aspects of contracts, including budget reviews, cost reports, equipment rentals, and expenditures. Conduct final reviews of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown, and Monthly Reports. Supervise subcontractor schedules, quality of work, trade coordination, and payment processes. Foster a secure and safe job site environment. Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submission. Develop and train project team members and allocate project resources efficiently. *Ideal Candidate* Over 10 years of hands-on construction experience. Strong background in healthcare construction.
