Job Summary

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate!
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to specialize in capital expenditures and unit renovations across our multi-family portfolio.
In this role, you will oversee budgeting, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.
With over 3,500 units across PA, NY, OH, and WV, you will help shape our developing construction function.
Reporting to the Director of Construction and collaborating with a small team of project managers, you will drive the success of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities Develop strategic plans for capital projects (CapEx) and unit renovations in line with the business plan for the assetCreate scopes of work, source vendors, and submit final bids to DoCSet clear project milestones and timelinesSchedule, coordinate, and manage project executionImplement quality control measures to ensure third-party work meets established standards, regulations, and budget requirementsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and drive project completionConduct frequent site visits and inspections to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with design specs and regulationsMaintain documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholdersProvide expertise to the Regional Maintenance Supervisor regarding smaller projectsCollaborate with the Asset Management team on long-term CapEx plansProactively identify project issues, limiting roadblocks with suppliers and deadlines.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
