Job Overview
The Project Manager oversees the profitable management of all administrative and field construction activities, ensuring quality standards and maintaining stakeholder relationships on assigned projects.
This role may involve overseeing multiple medium-sized projects, a single large project, or a specific scope on a large, complex project.
The Project Manager is expected to lead by example, following company standards and policies, achieving goals, developing others, and fostering high morale and commitment.

Responsibilities Manage project schedules, address long lead items, and update project plans as needed.Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.Prepare monthly project status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments.Identify and recommend value engineering and scope reduction opportunities.Ensure the project safety plan is communicated to the team and subcontractors.Assist with preconstruction efforts and manage the buy-out process.Identify constructability issues with project design.Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds, and change orders.Recommend staff development needs and manage job assignments.Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Education: Industry-related college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: 10+ years of construction and project management experience required, with a proven history of leadership and mentoring. Data center experience is highly preferred.Project Size: Experience working with project sizes ranging from $20M-$200M.Skills: Strong business acumen, judgment, communication, leadership, client relations, negotiation, project management, construction knowledge, decision-making, conflict resolution, tact, adaptability, and analytical abilities.Technology: Experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g., JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Training on company standards will be provided.
