Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Position Location: Vermont

Approx. Length of Position: Direct hire

Degree Required: Bachelors Degree is required in Engineering or Construction Management

Requirements:

· Seven years demonstrated experience in a Project Manager position, or; 10+ years of demonstrated experience in construction management · At least 7+ years of HIgh-End residential, window-door, millwork and construction related experience

· Demonstrated record of project success on work valued from $1M to $15M+

· Participate in the selection and pursuit process, assisting the business development and drafting teams with bid proposals, schedule development and project planning and design

· Finalize and implement project schedule, managing the project within the prescribed period

· Determine project material requirements and coordinate internally with production manager

· Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with plan & specs

· Review scopes of work, prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors

· Prepare weekly updates to report safety, schedule, quality, progress and client issues

· Support senior staff and ownership as needed to ensure the success of the company

· Ability and willingness to travel

Technical

· Professional experience with AutoCAD and/or other engineering software is required.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.

· Detail oriented

· Knowledge of architectural millwork and construction processes.

· Have a positive, high service orientated job mentality.
