IT Senior Project Manager CPS Solutions, LLC
Nationwide - Remote As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Senior Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize software development and other IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior Project Manager will also define the project's objectives, oversee quality control throughout its life cycle and will work with the development team and Product Owners to define and drive project deliverables.
Schedule: Generally, 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, dayshift, with evening or weekend work as needed, occasionally.
Pay Range: $125K+ depending on experience. Position is bonus eligible
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management, business or a related fieldRelated Professional Certification i. e. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure functional designs meet the business needsEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Develop and maintain plans, policies and procedures for all project phasesDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
