We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of assigned projects using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes.
Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
Manage large-scale projects in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
Develop and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Maintain project documentation, including work breakdown structures, business plans, and program reporting.
Work with government contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
PMP certification required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with project management tools and reporting systems.
At least 3 years of direct management experience overseeing large-scale projects, specifically in wireless communications (land mobile radio, cellular radio, or microwave radio).
Strong knowledge of government contracts and compliance.
Proven ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
