Senior Project Manager

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project/Programme Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
You will be responsible for:
Provide visible leadership of the programme and ensure that it delivers the benefits identified in the business case.Shape the programme, which includes the structure, roles, resources and delivery approach, so that Project Fudis can be successfully delivered.Plan and manage the delivery of all elements of the programme, including changes to how the business operates, ensuring this is done to the agreed time, budget and quality.Manage stakeholders and any other third parties to ensure that they deliver in line with their commitments to time, cost and quality.Engage with key stakeholders across the business so that they clearly understand the plans, how it impacts them and progress towards completion.Ensure that there is effective governance in place, aligned with the standards already in place in AML as appropriate, to provide fully effective control and oversight of the programme.Manage the overall project budget.Ensure that dependencies, issues, and risks are effectively managed and understood by key stakeholders.Provide clear and regular reporting for key stakeholders so that they have visibility of how the programme is progressing, and risks, issues, and dependencies.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has significant experience engaging stakeholders at a senior level.
Proven track record with Programme Manager core competencies:
7+ years of demonstrable experience as a programme or project management experienceThorough understanding of project / program management techniques and methodsExcellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, leadership and organisational skillsExtensive and diverse computer system hardware and software knowledgeDemonstrable knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principlesPlease note that we will be interviewing throughout the duration of this advert.
