Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager specializing in roadway planning and engineering, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's growth and success.
This role combines conceputal design, planning and advanced engineering design tasks with strategic marketing, client engagement, and practice expansion efforts.
You will manage complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered profitably while actively participating in design and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, design and delivery of roadway, highway, and municipal projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.Practice Growth: Drive the expansion of our multimodal roadway and highway planning and design practices in local and surrounding markets through effective marketing strategies and networking.Leadership & Mentorship: Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.Autonomy & Innovation: Leverage your expertise to lead and direct projects with a high degree of autonomy.
Implement innovative solutions and strategies to enhance project efficiency and success.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in areas of roadway/highway/complete street planning and engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Skills: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
