As a Senior Project Manager,you will be a key team member responsible for planning and executing key projects across our North American Taste, Texture, & Health sites, potentially including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri and others. You will also collaborate with site and global teams in order to identify and implement the best solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Plan and Develop the Project Idea
Define and Lead the project team
Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines
Manage and communicate any project issues and provide progress visibility to the organization
Manage the work process through all key milestones and ensure the Engineering Work Process is followed. This includes key deliverables for SHE, Quality, Manufacturing Excellence etc.

You bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in an engineering discipline.
5-15 years of project management experience, preferably in a chemical or food/beverage manufacturing environment
Willingness to collaborate and learn, while also improving the work processes where the opportunity arises.
High proficiency with standard office programs such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize data to provide key insights and develop strategic and tactical plans.
