Senior Software Engineer, Core Platform

Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across the United States to help them hire. This is a remote role for our client based in US, Canada, or Mexico. Candidate requirements Previous experience in backend platform engineering (e.g work on core platform, site reliability, high scale system, data processing) 8+ years of experience working on high scale systems.
We're not considering work experience working on frontend technologies or work experience outside of actual jobs (no side gigs or solo gigs). Must have experience working in the cloud Must have solid experience in at least one backend language Must have familiarity with Kubernetes Must have worked on high scale systems Must have worked at at least one startup before Must actively want to work for a startup Nice-to-haves Nice to have experience in Typescript, Kotlin Nice to have experience with Clickhouse, Athena, Presto The salary range is $160,000 - $230,000
