The company is robust and a dynamic group that is known for identifying opportunities across the risk spectrum in residential real estate equity and debt in both private and public markets.
They are looking for a Senior Accountant who will have a dynamic set of assets they're responsible for all the reporting & analysis over.

Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities

Full General Ledger maintenance
Prepare or manage the preparation of monthly financial statements
Take the lead with transactional closing statements and closing journal entries
Ensure bank reconciliations are prepared and reviewed on a monthly basis
Analyze revenue and expenses to ensure recorded properly on a monthly basis
Senior Staff Accountant Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting
2+ years of experience in Accounting
Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization
