SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success by becoming a trusted advisor, anticipating, and meeting the diverse needs of Liberty Bank. This will be achieved through the development of our Strategic Sourcing plan, developing, and executing sourcing strategies, and building relationships with external organizations. The incumbent will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective hiring and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent that aligns with the organization's strategic plan.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and executes on business unit sourcing plans based on strategic initiatives, and annual business plans.
Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, trade groups and employees
Partners with Diversity Officer to identify sources of diversity talent and effectively develop relationships to ensure a diverse workforce.
Partners with Leaders to forecast and develop plans to meet staffing requirements.
Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Develops sources for current and future positions by researching, recommending, and building new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Mentors and supports other Talent Acquisition team members.
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify hiring criteria.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Manages entire new hire process including offers, background checks and pre-onboarding communications.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and other hiring events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
8 plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
5 plus years of experience in candidate sourcing through social media and other methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Proven ability to lead others.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
HR certification such as SHRM or HCI is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
General Office Equipment
Prolonged Sitting and/or standing.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
