This position is responsible for building strong business understanding and relationships to enable the delivery of technology solutions that deliver the intended business value in the spirit of the Agile Scrum Methodology. The Technical Product Engineer's primary responsibilities are to prioritize features according to business value as well as the user stories into an ordered backlog. They will also participate in Sprint ceremonies like Inception, Future State, Alignment, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, User Story Writing, and Refinement. It is important that they also establish and maintain effective partnerships with the Business and IT product teams.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills to transform data into insights, distill requirements, and develop processes. They will also be able to define clear, easy-to-digest metrics that resonate with the business. While a deep knowledge in Crew products and applications is not necessary, previous experience will be a plus. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, business maturity, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Responsible for conducting sophisticated and detailed research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/intent of the assigned products.
Work with Product Manager and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on the business value.
Elicit and create initial epics/features and elaborate into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements.
Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups/demos, etc.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams inside a Scrum framework.
Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies.
Perform testing, track bugs, enhancements, and ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments.
Able to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities.
Use data and analysis to convey solution impact and to support process-driven solutions.
Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools.
Construct problem statements including problem description and improvement measures.
Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause.
Logically structure recommendations and supporting data to formulate a solid, logical, and understandable business reason.
Supply guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope.
Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and maintain internal customer relationships.
