Senior Training Specialist

Piper Health and Sciences is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join a leading biopharmaceutical company in the Gaithersburg, MD area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Training Specialist:
•Oversee New Employee Training (NET) program including all administrative and instructor responsibilities
•Design and develop instructional materials and create training schedules for all new hires
•Create learning content such as courses, classes, and evaluations within Cornerstone/SABA platform
•Conduct in-person trainings/demos for all manufacturing groups as well as giving tours
•Supports regulatory audits as needed

Qualifications of the Senior Training Specialist:
•8+ years of manufacturing training experience
•Prior experience creating training curriculum in LMS
•Bachelor's degree in science related field

Compensation of the Senior Training Specialist:
•Salary: $50.00/hr - $62.50/hr based on years of relevant experience
