Responsibilities
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests• Support a strong commitment to excellent guest service• Complete training requirements and follow service standards• Greet guests promptly and courteously• Verify guest's ability to purchase and consume alcohol responsibly• Learn and communicate all food and beverage offerings• Prepare guest orders as needed• Use suggestive selling techniques for guest orders• Record and deliver food and beverage orders to guests• Address guest needs during meal• Collect payment for food and beverages• Perform tip declaration activities• Perform cleaning activities and closing checklist• Perform food running and station set-up/break-down• Be flexible with work schedule• Follow health department rules and regulations
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent experience• Ability to calculate figures and make change• Knowledge of proper dining service procedures• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing• Maintain appearance, attire, and hygiene standards• Follow sanitary practices for food prep and handling• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
