Overview:
The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand-new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Server to serve and provide safe, friendly and hospitable service to the residents.

Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the dignity, independance, self-determination, privacy choice, and rights of the residents at the community.
This role involves serving residents' meals in the Dining Room.

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities Taking orders, serve, clear dishes for residents and guests Deliver room service trays Serve using proper serving etiquette Reset tables after each meal Assist with dishwashing and restocking of clean dishes Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workers Position Requirement Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: Serving experience in senior care preferred
