Pay: $59,000 - $69,000 annually (BOE)
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays), 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage our service department. In this role, you'll oversee service operations, ensuring top-tier delivery and customer satisfaction. If you have strong leadership skills, a technical background in manufacturing, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. Occasional travel (5-10%) may be required.
Key Responsibilities: Department Leadership: Manage the service team, establishing and enforcing premium service standards and procedures.Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to ensure their service needs are met.Service Coordination: Organize service calls to optimize the use of time and company assets.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and recognition to enhance individual and team success.Documentation & Quality: Ensure accurate completion of service requests and maintain high standards for documentation and service quality.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service efficiency.Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of service parts and tools to ensure availability.Industry Awareness: Stay informed about new industry innovations, tools, and processes that can benefit the company.Training & Development: Ensure service personnel receive ongoing training on equipment, safety protocols, and customer service practices.Other Duties: Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in a service management role within the manufacturing industry.Technical Knowledge: Strong background in manufacturing equipment and processes.Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Software Proficiency: Familiar with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports for effective decision-making.
