Service Technician Apprentice

LIVunLtd Service Apprentices are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fitness equipment while delivering world-class customer service. Successful candidates must manage a schedule full of jobs for various customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities: Travel to client locationsInspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visitsEvaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for repair quotesComplete repairs, test machines, and communicate with customersIdentify revenue opportunities from service/warranty work, PM contracts, and new equipment/accessoriesAdditional Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, organized company vehicleMaintain inventory levels, complete vehicle maintenance, and adhere to the Company Uniform PolicySKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Ability to lift/move fitness equipment & parts up to 50 lbsOperate hand and power toolsMaintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and clear MVR CheckExcellent work habits, punctuality, and presentabilityProficiency in computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, wifi, email, and cell phone technologyExcitement to build a career as a Service TechnicianBENEFITS Growth opportunitiesProfessional working environmentCompany Vehicle, Gas Card, Vehicle Maintenance, Parking Expense Card, Company Phone, Company iPad
