Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high quality food service, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow.• Tackle administrative duties including inventory control and supply requisition.• Forecast work schedules to meet restaurant needs and labor cost objectives.• Arrange for outside services for repairs and maintenance of equipment.• Prepare payroll and required cash-handling and end-of-day reconciliation paperwork.• Schedule events and negotiate necessary details.• Ensure food service team follows established procedures for restaurant appearance, sanitation, and maintenance.• Collaborate with food service team members to discuss menu planning and establish efficient workflows.• Implement procedures for ingredient usage, food portions, production sequencing, and workstation arrangements to ensure quality and consistency.• Promote a positive and productive work environment, including hiring, onboarding, training, and mentorship.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role.• Food Handler's permit.• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.• Computer and tech savvy.• Proficient in restaurant and accounting software.• Knowledgeable in Google Office suite.
